FAQ and Policies


Thanks for visiting! Everything in this shop was personally drawn or handmade (by me, Kaz!)
I work with both traditional and digital work. All items purchased through my shop are printed directly in my studio.

How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

Can you print in larger sizes?

I do not currently have the capacity to print larger than 13 inches width in my shop. However, I have worked with an outside printer for pieces larger than 13 inches wide. If you would like to order a custom size, please contact me for further details!

Do you sell digital files of Art Prints?

Due to copyright security, I do not sell digital files of my personal work or art prints (other than the customized wedding invitations).

Do you take commissions?

I do accept commissions for artwork and invitation design. Most work takes between 1-3 months, depending on the projects I currently have and scope of the commission. Feel free to contact me if you are interested and I will give you a precise quote and timeline as soon as I am able.

Please note, pricing listed on this site is an estimate only, and there fore subject to change based on individual projects.
Once an order has been approved and delivered to the customer (whether by mail or e-mail), the transaction is complete and I will provide no more editing or customization. Should the customer decide that they would like additional customization to their order, they will have to pay an extra fee or repurchase the order.


Shipping fees are based on actual cost to ship packages (this includes packaging, insurance and USPS shipping fees). I do not incur any profits from shipping fees!


I ship as soon as I can using USPS. Shipping can take from 2-7 business days for domestic shipping. Every order will have a tracking number (or sometimes two for multiple items). Due to high volume at the SF shipping facility, occasionally some packages are not scanned when they depart the city. Though this is frustrating, a lack of update once the shipping notice has been sent does not always mean the package is lost. I will do my best to follow up if your package is delayed, but please understand I have no control over the postal service.
According to USPS, shipping times are just an estimate and Standard or Priority shipping timelines are not a guarantee. However, I do everything in my power to ship orders as soon as possible. Please understand that once packages are in the hands of USPS, I have no control over the process. Thank you!


****International Buyers – Please Note:*****

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and cannot be paid beforehand. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

In addition, first class international shipping can take from 10-31 business days to arrive (depending on where it is being shipped) and cannot be tracked beyond the US with standard shipping. If you want an order in certain time, please order AT LEAST 10 business days in advance. Thanks!

I hate to make these changes to my shipping costs- I'm sorry international friends!

(Shipping priority with tracking is usually around 23USD which is more than the cost of many of my items). If speed and tracking is important to you, please message me beforehand with this concern and I will be happy to make a special listing and ship your item Priority.

Refunds and Exchanges

Mistakes happen and I really want you to be happy with your product. If there are any defects with your item, or you need to return for any reason, please message me and I'll be happy to work something out to the best of my ability. Once an item is returned to me (unopened or in acceptable condition) I will refund the order within the next few business days.

Unfortunately, for custom orders, I cannot make any refunds or exchanges.

I do my best to represent colors of my prints, however, due to monitor differences and printing calibrations, there may be slight variations in printed colors.

Redistribution is NOT permissible under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing digital or physical copies of work, uploading the image to peer-to-peer networks, and sharing links to downloads.
