Anyone Could Be A Murderer is an irreverent parody children's book about true crime. It is a gentle reminder (mostly for adults) that things are not always as they seem. Filled with dark whimsy, dire warnings and direct references, this book underlines the potential dangers behind seemingly normal people and places.

But why?
Do you know someone who lights up a room? Do you think a person can be "too normal" to be a murderer? Does your sleepy, idyllic suburb seem like a place where "those things" don't happen? Well, I have news for you, my friend. This book might save your life! (or ruin your sense of trust and security...)
The book is filled with true crime tropes that will be recognizable to fans, but also accessible to anyone, as a children's book would be.
What else?
I don't just give dire warnings willy nilly, I back up my claims! The last few pages of the book are filled with footnotes about real life cases that are referenced in the text, as well as all the visual easter eggs pointing to true events.

It's also fun and games! Included are three trope bingo sheets for you to enjoy while watching (or listening) to your favorite true crime episodes, as well as a true crime "drinking" game.
