Production Costs

Printing invitations with Awkward Affections:

 

-5x7 flat invitation:

$3 each (single sided)

 

-RSVP/postcard size:

$2 each

+ shipping cost (varies by size of the order)

 

All paper is matte cardstock and printed in a digital fine art/ giclee style.

 

Payment:

All payments are made through Paypal invoices. Payment is required before any design work begins, but is not needed to receive a project quote. Custom work involves 50% deposit up front to start the design, with the remainder due before final files are sent.

(Rush orders must be paid in full up front).

 

Design Process:

All progress will be shared regularly via digital proofs (sketches, final drawing, coloring, etc.)

Once the final drawings are approved, they cannot be changed. Any major changes to a previous stage in the process will be made at additional cost.

 

Revisions:

3 rounds of proof revisions are included in the flat design fee noted in your quote. One “round” means a revised proof beyond the initial proof. Revisions needed beyond this will add $20.00 per revised proof.  

 

Proofing:

All proofing is done via digital JPEG, which displays all items outlined in the quote. A printed proof is available for $5.00. Printed proofs will add time to the deadline for printing.
